Nelson-Niles Award: MRPA encourages a welcoming and inclusive environment. Therefore, in 2023, MRPA combined the historical Dorothea Nelson and Jack Niles award categories into one non-gendered category called the Nelson-Niles Award. The goal is to retain the names of the industry pioneers for whom the awards are named, while encouraging an inclusive environment and process for all. This award is open to all members with more than 10 years of professional experience. Up to two awards will be presented annually based on the scoring process.
