Emerging leaders seek opportunities to learn, explore, and take risks. Emerging Recreation Leaders Institute (ERLI) 2 will meet five times during the fall season beginning September 15. This professional development program is designed to provide the educational content important for career growth while offering a forum for connection to build your professional peer network. Registration deadline is August 31, or until the program is full.  Thank you!

Emerging Recreation Leaders Institute

ERLI is geared for parks and recreation professionals with less than eight years of experience. Seasoned professionals will serve as the faculty for each session. The program is designed to provide information across a broad spectrum of the profession, while participants also build their professional network.

The curriculum focuses on topics and areas related to the profession. This program will be held in 2028.
