    Emerging Recreation Leaders Institute (ERLI) 2 will meet five times during the fall season beginning October 2024.  If you currently are not a member of MRPA, and would like to join as an introductory rate, visit mnrpa.org/membership for more information.  The rate would be $180 for membership until December 2025.     This one-day workshop will present a five-stage framework to design and
    operationalize culture within any organization. By the end of the workshop,
    participants will be able to:
    • Understand what culture is and give clarity to all team members.
    • Examine their own current organizational values/standards/pillars, etc.
    • Determine the satisfaction of their current organizational values.
    • Discuss visibility of current values and identify new areas of opportunity.
    • Design strategies to celebrate those living into the values.
    • Discuss how values can impact the infrastructure of the organization.
