This one-day workshop will present a five-stage framework to design and operationalize culture within any organization. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand what culture is and give clarity to all team members.
• Examine their own current organizational values/standards/pillars, etc.
• Determine the satisfaction of their current organizational values.
• Discuss visibility of current values and identify new areas of opportunity
• Design strategies to celebrate those living into the values.
• Discuss how values can impact the infrastructure of the organization.
