Difficult people are everywhere BUT at work our response to them makes a difference. They know how to bring “IT” and learning how to interact with them effectively is critical to overall job success, image, and personal wellbeing. This session provides strategies for working productively with challenging people. This virtual workshop is in partnership with Florida Recreation and Park Association.
As the focus on building the right Culture and Environment in the workplace is front and center in our struggle to attract and retain the best and the brightest, the discussion of Emotional Intelligence is making its way into conversations more and more. The understanding of Social Awareness, Empathy, Compassion, Emotions, and so much more is critical to our success both personally and professionally. This session will break down EQ and help you first understand yourself, and then how to be a better leader by understand others. This virtual workshop is in partnership with Florida Recreation and Park Association.

The Certified Playground Safety Inspector Course and Exam (CPSI) will be held March 15-17 at the Cedarholm Community Building, Roseville, MN. The registration deadline is February 22, or until filled. The class maximum size is 25 participants.
The MASS Conference will be held March 30-31 at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn in St. Cloud, MN. The theme is Activate your Inner Super Power. Please register by March 1. Thank you!
